Description

The SHP-2700 unit is a new professional airless piston painting unit (airless sprayer). Its parameters are similar to the WAGNER 3.23, Graco ST-MAX II 495 PC units. Strong, efficient and professional of the highest class. The greatest advantage of this device is that we do not have to pour and pour various paints only directly into our paint bucket, put the suction nozzles of the device and the suction pump draws the paint directly into the aggregate.

It can perfectly paint large surfaces, it is used for renovation and finishing works. The device works in the AIRLESS system, i.e. airless system. The device is not heavy, it weighs only 17 kg, it is easy to transport thanks to the rubber handle located in the upper part of the body. It enables easy spraying of almost all types of acrylic paints for interiors, emulsions, varnishes, latexes, stains and enamels on walls, wood and metal surfaces, and all with different densities recommended by the manufacturer. SHP-2700 is unmatched in terms of performance and additionally suitable for the occasional painting of the facade with light and medium facade paints. The SHP-2700 sprayer is designed for the application of all kinds of color paints and waterproof varnishes. It can be painted with all water-based, latex and acrylic paints, facade paints, emulsions, enamels, stains and all with different densities recommended by the manufacturer.

EzControl

Our EzControl control system provides a constant spray pressure with low pulsation and a small dead zone (5%).

Simply set the desired pressure, and the microprocessor ensures a quick response time while spraying.-Intelligent Control System is a new generation electrical control system. Electronic regulation of the application pressure – the built-in potentiometer ensures precise regulation of the spray pressure, thus enabling the precise setting of the application pressure. In addition, the unit can be set to pulse cleaning mode by means of a potentiometer. Control diodes enable signaling of the device’s operating status and inform about irregularities occurring during operation.

SHP-2700 is specially designed for the professional painter. It is equipped with a large pump with a capacity of 2.8L of high flow. It is equipped with a very powerful 1300W motor. The redesigned construction of the aggregate has increased its durability even more during operation in difficult conditions. Easily accessible and easy to clean coarse paint filter – the use of a wide thread on the filter cover facilitates its unscrewing

Our manifold filter prevents clogging of the nozzle for a better finish on the painted surface. The pump filter can be easily removed by hand, not always tools required.

The handle in the upper part of the body is covered in rubber so that it can be conveniently carried

The good quality of the prime / spray switch allows you to easily switch between the Prime and Spray positions. It is also easy to perform cleaning by letting a stream of cleaner spray after you finish spraying.

It is only necessary to lubricate the unit every day before spraying, which will extend its life and reduce the need for repairs and replacement of worn parts.

Innovative, brushless DC motor (Digital Control) – thanks to better parameters, it works more efficiently at both low and high speeds. The DC brushless motor requires no maintenance. Automatic control of the engine operation enables control of the material application pressure. It has a special handle with three entrances to support the hose with the screen of the aggregate for clean and easy transport.

A sensational technical solution was the use of a flexible suction, so we can put it into a bucket of large-capacity paint.

The suction tube can easily be placed in the paint container, where it can rotate freely through this system.

A large material filter placed in the device ensures proper paint filtration and prevents pressure drop (pulsation).

The set includes the main suction, 15m 1/4 ” hose, a gun with a 517 nozzle and a 50cm lance.
